The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The facilities provided were excellent, including a convenient parking space. The hotel's location right next to the Kaushambi Metro station and in a shopping mall was a major advantage, making transportation and shopping hassle-free.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kaushambi. the location was perfect as it was right next to the Metro station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a shopping mall, providing easy access to various amenities and entertainment options.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

The hotel had a good location, near popular attractions, and easy to find. the staff was friendly upon check, in and check, out. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. the breakfast served at the hotel was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from.
The service was terrible. the staff was not attentive to our needs, and it was difficult to get them to respond to our requests.

The hotel had good room service and the staff was accommodating for early check-in. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around. the restaurant had decent food options.
The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar with worn out and stained bed sheets, dirty furniture, and unclean bath linen. The maintenance of the room was also lacking with lights going out and electronic devices not working.

The staff provides excellent service and is attentive to detail. The basic amenities, including rooms with working AC, are well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.
